Isaac Joseph Rosette of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Shawn Keith Rosette of Havre, 28, was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, possession of dangerous drugs, during a vehicle stop on 10th Street at 1:58 p.m. Friday.

Josh Eugene Garcia of Havre, 37, was arrested on a partner of family member assault charge after a caller on 10th Street West reported suspicious activity Friday at 2:52 p.m.

Friday at 6:41 p.m. a caller at the hospital emergency room reported a dog bite.

A Fifth Street caller reported Friday at 10:22 p.m. that the lock on a door was broken.

Reginald Scott Coffee of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reported a man yelling at a woman at 11:58 p.m. Friday on 19th Avenue Northeast.

A caller on First Avenue reported a hit and run crash Saturday at 12:15 p.m.

Alan Patrick Romero of havre, 58, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, after a caller at a First Street business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 2:24 p.m.

Jacob Holmes of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order, after a caller on Second Avenue asked Saturday at 3:42 p.m. for assistance.

A First Street Northeast caller reported at 6:25 p.m. Saturday that a license plate have been taken from a vehicle.

Taylor Martin Spotted Horse of Rocky Boy, 26, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; disorderly conduct; driving under the influence, refused to test; driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license; and resisting arrest, after a caller at a First Street West business reported Sunday at 1:35 a.m. that an intoxicated man was trying to drive.

A purple Roadmaster bike was reported abandoned on Fourth Street Sunday at 4:37 p.m.

Homer Burton Roberts of Butte, 53, was issued a summons on charges of violation of a protective order, after a Seventh Street caller reported a temporary restraining order violation Sunday at 4:53 p.m.

Sunday at 5:49 p.m. a caller reported water coming out or the ground near a Fourth Street fire hydrant.

Gladys Jean Flatlip of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Jerry Neal Flatlip of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a trespass to property charge, after a First Street West business caller reported Sunday at 6:05 p.m. that two people would not move along from the front of the store.

Travis Vaughn Standing Horn of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and criminal mischief, after a Sunday 10:28 p.m. report of a man trying to kick in a door on First Street.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and juvenile curfew violation, after officers assisted Hill County Sheriff's deputies at Fourth Street and 17th Avenue at 1:35 a.m. today.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation after a caller reported a juvenile status offense at 2:33 a.m. today on Boulevard Avenue.

Matthew Michael Converse of Rocky Boy, 43, was arrested on charges of DUI, speeding and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop near Beaver Creek Park entrance Friday at 8:13 p.m.

Juanita Lucia Recio of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a 4:19 p.m. Saturday vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue North.

Patrick Leroy Foster of Rudyard, 71, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop Sunday at 2:28 p.m. just east of Rudyard.

James David Berger Jr. of Havre, 41, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and possession of drug paraphernalia, during a vehicle stop at Fourth Street and the 17th Avenue alley at 1:30 a.m. today.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call this weekend, Saturday at 6:48 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 10-month-old male kitten, eight female cats and four male cats.

 --

The shelter also held a 22-week-old female mixed-breed puppy, a male Labrador retriever, two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and a male mixed-breed dog. Three female 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male 6-week-old mixed-breed puppy were also being housed at the shelter.
