Letter to the editor - Thanks to all in this time of crisis

Editor,

Hats off to the many people in the medical field who served so valiantly in the coronavirus pandemic, that should have never happened, but took the lives of many Americans and other worldwide people.

To the many, many nurses, doctors, first responders, volunteers and many more in this great land of America.

To President Donald Trump for his never-ending days watching over our country.

To Montana’s Sen. Steve Daines and his staff, giving telephone statistics of what was happening around the world and “Our Great Montana”; so nice to be informed of what’s going on.

I also have much respect for my own family, my mother, Rose Cady, was a nurse in the 1930 flu epidemic and cared for many people. Now I am blessed to have two daughters, Lorene Horning, Sheila Hanson both RNs, a granddaughter Hannah Hanson an RN working in Billings, many others relatives in medical field.  I am so proud of each of you.

To all of America, be tough, hang tight we will be OK.

We living in America, especially “Our Montana,” have much to be thankful for.

I am proud to be a person born and raised all of my life in Montana, the last Best Place. I love farming.

Condolences to the families who lost loved ones for there are many.

God bless each of you

With much respect to all who gave so much for so many

Respectfully,

Carol Heggen
