Havre Police Department

Homer Burton Roberts II of Butte, 53, was issued a summons on a charge of violation of a protective order after the possible violation was reported at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday on Seventh Street.

Leonard Wayne Brockie of Havre, 43, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported Tuesday at 4:34 p.m. that someone stole a pack of beer.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Tuesday at 5:45 p.m.

Jerry Neal Flatlip of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on 12th Avenue reported Tuesday at 8:59 p.m. that man was lying in the middle of the street.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 36, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served Tuesday at 10:36 p.m. on 10th Street West.

Tyler Kim Theboy of Havre, 29, was arrested on a pickup and hold order and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a 911 dispatchers received a text at 2:56 a.m. today stating that a fight was in progress and help was needed.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies received a case file from another agency Tuesday at 2:03 p.m.

Deputies investigated an 8:58 a.m. Monday report of a man breaking into a trailer on U.S. Highway 2 West.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a male 10-month-old kitten, eight female cats and four male cats.

The shelter also held a two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, three female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a male 7-week-old mixed-breed puppy were also being housed at the shelter.
