Havre Police Department

Tyler Kim Theboy of Havre, 29, was arrested on a warrant for failing to register as a sexual or violent offender, served at the police station Thursday at 10:11 a.m.

A caller reported Thursday at 1:50 p.m. that his father lost his debit card at a First Street business and three new charges were on it.

Two arrests were made after a caller at a First Street West business reported a shoplifting incident Thursday at 2:03 p.m. No details on charges were provided.

Gladys Jean Flatlip of Box Elder, 49, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, open container and trespass to property, after a caller at a First Street West business reported suspicious activity Thursday at 7:06 p.m.

A First Street West business caller reported finding a bag of drugs on the floor at 4:24 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a 3:30 p.m. Thursday report of a theft, forgery or fraud on Clear Creek Road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a 3:56 p.m. fire alarm at a multi-family dwelling on the 800 Block of Fourth Street. It turned out to be smoke from cooking and the alarm was reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven female cats and three male cats.

The shelter also held a two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies and three female 8-week-old mixed-breed puppies.
