Monday at 11:14 a.m., a Third Street caller reported the theft of aluminum ATV ramps.

A caller at a First Street West business reported two women shoplifting Monday at 2:18 p.m.

Leo Joseph Winters of Harlem, 33, was arrested on charges of trespass to property after a caller at the hospital reported a man refusing to leave Monday at 2:23 p.m.

Dakotah Sage Denny-Stokesberry of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on a Justice of City court warrant at 4:22 p.m. Monday at a First Street business.
