An 18th Avenue Northeast caller reported a possible crash at 10:35 a.m. Friday.

Duncan Gordan Standing Rock of Box Elder, 61, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a First Street West business reported suspicious activity Friday at 2:05 p.m.

Two packs of Twisted Tea were reported stolen from a First Street business at 2:16 and 2:17 p.m. Friday.

Aliyah Brielle Eagleman of Rocky Boy, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a First Street business caller reported a shoplifter Friday at 4:39 p.m.

Officers investigated a complaint after an 11th Street caller asked Friday at 5:11 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Officers investigated a Friday 7:20 p.m. report of a headstone found in an empty lot on Second Street.

Dwight Thomas Flansburg of Havre, 32, was arrested, and Mahala Shawl of Havre, 21, was issued a summons, each on a charge of partner or family member assault, after a Third Street caller reported Saturday at 12:32 a.m. that her boyfriend kicked and hit her.

Anthony Wayne Groce of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, open container in city and failure to register as a sexual or violent offender after a caller at a Seventh Street facility reported Saturday at 2:29 a.m. that a man had beat someone up and was throwing beer bottles.

Animal control was alerted about suspicious dog activity Saturday at 8:51 a.m. on Eighth Avenue.

Officers investigated a fender bender reported Saturday at 11:09 a.m. on U.S. Highway 2 West.

A caller at a First Street business reported two juveniles took some items and left out the back door Saturday at 7:59 p.m.

Michael George Martinez of Harlem, 48, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a Second Street business reported Sunday at 8:58 p.m. a man was trying to get into the business and was asking people leaving the building for handouts.

T'Shauna Lee Azure of Havre, 21, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a caller on Second Avenue reported a woman was yelling and banging on a door at 11:27 p.m. Sunday and a caller reported at 1:52 a.m. Monday that the hospital needed a woman removed.

An 11th Street West caller reported Monday at 1:10 p.m. that a vehicle was missing.

Melinda Rose Cochran of Havre, 39, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and driving without vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on Second Street Monday at 2 p.m.

Officers were asked Monday at 6:47 p.m. to assist deputies on Seventh Street North.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a complaint on Eighth Avenue West Friday at 9:39 a.m.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Friday at 10:02 a.m. that a gun was stolen from a parked automobile.

--

A caller reported Friday at 6:47 p.m. that a window was broken out of a semitractor-trailer on First Street Southeast.

--

A deer was reported hit but still alive and still on U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 9:25 p.m.

Scott Earl Smith of Havre, 39, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Saturday at 12:56 p.m.

Sheron Faye Saddler of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting and on two Justice or City court warrants, and Dustin John Grandchamp of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a problem Saturday at 2:25 p.m.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported at 7:35 a.m. Sunday on County Road 830 Northwest.

An arrest was made after a Hill County Detention Center employee reported a drug offense Monday at 2:10 a.m., but no details on the charges were provided.

Deputies called to assist emergency medical personnel on County Road 836 Northwest at 4:26 p.m. Monday.

Elizabeth Lee Evans of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller on Seventh Street North reported at 6:34 p.m. Monday that a man and woman were yelling.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, two Saturday, five Sunday, one Monday and one early this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 600 Block of Sixth Street Sunday at 2:28 p.m. for a fire in the kitchen. All that was found on their arrival was burnt food and no fire.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 300 Block of Ninth Street at 6:48 a.m. today. A burner had been left on under an empty pan causing a smell similar to burning wires, but no sign of fire was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven female cats and four male cats, as well as two cats, five 6-week-old kittens and six 8-week-old kittens all of unknown gender.

The shelter also held two female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female border collie-corgi cross dog, a female German shepherd dog, a male corgi dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
