Havre Police Department

A city employee reported vandalism at the skate park Friday at 9:55 a.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 4:09 p.m. report of a window shot out of a vehicle on Lincoln Avenue.

Officers were called to a hit and run crash on Sixth Street Friday at 9:05 p.m.

Andrea Lynne Brisbo of Box Elder, 54, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, and Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 67, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after an officer investigated suspicious activity Saturday at 11:25 a.m. on First Street.

Noah Gjesdal of Kremlin, 20, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, minor in possession, seat belt violation, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle and failure to give notice of accident after a caller at Ninth Avenue and Fourth Street reported a hit and run crash at 4:24 a.m. Sunday.

A caller on Second Street reported hitting a pole Sunday at 4:53 a.m.

Lance Udell Stump, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal mischief vandalism and on two Justice or City court warrants after a Sunday 5:24 a.m. caller reported a disturbance at Third Street and Sixth Avenue.

Paul Dan Root of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence, and Kylie Kay Barrows of Havre, 20, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue at 8:02 a.m., which was related to a report of a domestic disturbance on 11th Street at 7:58 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported at 1:20 a.m. today that a vehicle license plate missing.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A report of a two vehicle crash with injuries on U.S. Highway 87 near Laredo Road Friday at 1:48 p.m. was referred to Montana Highway Patrol and an ambulance was called to the scene. Montana Highway Patrol reported no injuries occurred, and one driver was cited for following too closely.

An arrest was made after someone was transported from Rocky Boy jail to Hill County Detention Center, at 3:27 p.m. Friday but no details were provided on the charges.

An assault at the detention center was reported at 9:10 p.m. Saturday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, one of them with two patients, five calls Saturday, five calls Sunday and two calls early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two female and three male 9-week-old kittens, six female cats and three male cats, as well as two cats, five 6-week-old kittens, two 11-week-old kittens and one 9-week-old kitten all of unknown gender.

The shelter also held a male 15-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, two female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a female Labrador retriever dog, a male mixed-breed dog, a female German shepherd dog and a male mixed-breed dog.
