Havre Police Department

Officers were called Thursday at 8:13 a.m. to a vehicle break-in at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 9:14 a.m. seeking assistance.

Thursday at 11:08 a.m., a caller at Montana State University-Northern reported receiving threats.

Angelina Daryrin Yellow of Harlem, 29, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license after a Thursday 2:02 p.m. caller east of Havre on U.S. Highway 2 reported an erratic driver had almost hit the caller and another vehicle.

Gary Clayton Standingchief Jr. of Havre, 35, was arrested on a state district court warrant and charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after an officer stopped Thursday at 2:42 p.m. to serve the warrant on Fourth Street.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on 10th Street, prompted by a Thursday 5 p.m. report from a caller about an erratic driver coming into town from the county. No details on the charges were provided.

Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity at from the hospital Thursday at 5:09 p.m.

Lucille Ann Cooper of Great Falls, 54, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Thursday at 9:57 p.m. at the police station.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon of Havre, 43, was issued a summons on a charge of littering after a 15th Avenue caller said a vehicle occupant threw a beer bottle at a house at 11:12 p.m.

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 26, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a pick up and hold order after a Second Street caller reported a possible domestic disturbance at 11:44 p.m. Thursday.

Arlene Dawn Morsette of Havre, 36, was arrested on a pick up and hold order after a First Street Northeast caller complained Thursday at 10 p.m. about an intoxicated woman who would not leave, and reported again that she had returned at 1:13 a.m.

At 1:14 a.m. today, a caller reported a dumpster was blown up in the Ninth Avenue alley.

BNSF Railway reported at 3:56 a.m. today a three-car derailment with no injuries at the rail yard.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Catherine Autumn Star St. Marks of Havre, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser at 12:35 p.m. Thursday.

Christopher Charles Lemay of Havre, 23, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and trespass to property and on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a trespasser Thursday at 1:27 p.m.

Deputies made an arrest in connection with a 2:02 p.m. Thursday call about an erratic driver who almost hit the caller and another vehicle on U.S. Highway 2 East. No details on charges were provided.

A 13-year-old was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a Ninth Avenue North caller reported a domestic disturbance at 8:28 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to nine calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fire call on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 3:54 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 8-week-old and three 10-week-old kittens all of unknown gender; four female and six male cats; one female and two male 8-week-old kittens; and one male and two female 10-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male 17-week-old Australian shepherd puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a female mixed-breed 11-week-old puppy, two male mixed-breed dogs and a female German shepherd dog.
