From the Courts - State District Court: Woman sentenced to five years probation for child endangerment

Teresa Angel Jiron was sentenced to five years probation after she previously pleaded guilty in a plea agreement to driving while intoxicated with a baby in the car.

District Judge Kaydee Snipes Ruiz sentenced Jiron in state District Court in Havre, Monday on a felony charge of endangering the welfare of a child to five years with the state Department of Corrections, all suspended, and ordered her to pay $130 in fees and surcharges, graduate from the Hill County treatment court and enter an anger management program.
