Trump-endorsing Montana Pioneer's Stagecoach traveling the Hi-Line

Over the next coming few weeks, Gene Bushnell's hand-built Montana Pioneer's Stagecoach is making its way across the Hi-Line as it travels along U.S. Highway 2 from the northwest corner of the state to North Dakota.

The hand-built stagecoach commemorates two things, Bushnell said.

The first is to pay tribute to the homesteading Montanans who, Bushnell said, came and made Montana what it is today.

The second is advocating for the re-election of President Donald Trump. The stagecoach is adorned with "Trump 2020" flags and President Trump's face painted on the side of it.

This stagecoach is the fifth that Bushnell has built, and he has put more than three years and $30,000 of his own time and money into the project.

The trip started June 5 in Troy, and Bushnell says, he expects to reach North Dakota by early July.

Unlike other years he has taken his stagecoaches on trips, Bushnell has been towing the Montana Pioneer's Stagecoach and horses from town to town on trailers to be able to access more towns and participate in events.
