A caller reported finding a gun at 11th Street West and Washington Avenue Tuesday at 9:15 a.m.

Officers investigated a 1:34 p.m. Tuesday report of a past burglary at a Sixth Avenue business.

Elizabeth April Dawn Caplette of Box Elder, 33, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and violation of child restraint; a 15-year-old Havre girl was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and driving without a driver's license; and a 16-year-old Box Elder boy was issued a summons on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on 10th Street West reported a woman and three men were fighting Tuesday at 3:07 p.m.

Frankie Bacon of Box Elder, 19, and Tessa Shayne Bigknife of Box Elder, 18, were each issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a Tuesday 5:15 p.m. caller reported a disturbance behind their Wilson Avenue residence.

William Joe Skidmore of Havre, 39, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served on Third Street at 6:35 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 8:12 p.m. to report a sex offense.

Two arrests were made after a physical altercation was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 1:03 a.m. today. No details on the charges were provided.

Officers made two arrests after officers and deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity at a Second Avenue business at 3:20 a.m. today that led to a high-speed pursuit through Havre and south on Montana Secondary Highway 234, AKA Beaver Creek Highway. No details on the charges were provided in the dispatch log, but two people named as involved parties were listed in today's jail roster: James Russette was being held on warrants for failure to comply and obstructing and for contempt and Sheyleighn Lamere on a Cascade County charge of violation of a deferred sentence.

Deputies assisted Havre Police Department officers in a suspicious activities call on Second Avenue at 3:20 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 9-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a female pit bull dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a male German shepherd dog, a male mixed-breed dog and a female German shepherd dog.
