Havre Police Department

Alfred C. Morsette of Havre, 32, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failing to carry proof vehicle insurance during a vehicle stop on Sixth Street Thursday at 11:44 a.m.

Thursday at 4:18 p.m., a Fifth Avenue caller reported vandalism.

Stephanie Rae Spottedeagle of Havre, 46, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller reported a domestic disturbance at 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

Two 17-year-olds, a 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were each issued a summons on a trespass to property charge after a caller reported people trespassing in an empty building on 11th Street West at 10:11 p.m.

Larae Sunchild of Havre, 38, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, criminal mischief vandalism and theft after a Second Street caller reported broken windows at 10:58 p.m. Thursday and a disturbance at 11:27 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A deputies stopped to assist someone on Old Post Road Thursday at 7:12 a.m.

Davis Leon Denny of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller reported an intoxicated person walking along U.S. Highway 87 at 10:31 p.m. Thursday.

Kendell Paul Parisian of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on criminal mischief vandalism and disorderly conduct after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported Thursday at 11:43 p.m. that a man had punched a machine and Rocky Boy Police Department reported suspicious activity on Main Street East in Box Elder at 12:21 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three 10-week-old kittens of unknown gender, five female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held a female pit bull dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog cross dog, a male German shepherd dog, a male mixed-breed dog and a female German shepherd dog.

A boy was born Thursday, June 25, 2020, to Peyton and Andrew Bartel of Havre.
