Jarman receives P.E.O. scholarship

Havre High School graduate Kylynn Jarman and Havre P.E.O. Chapter AZ member Paulette Cronk pose for a portrait Thursday. Cronk presented Jarman with a $500 P.E.O. scholarship.

Havre High School graduate Kylynn Jarman received a $500 scholarship from Havre P.E.O Chapter AZ. 

"It feels really great, actually," she said. "My mom was very proud."

  She said that she will be attending the University of Montana in Missoula to study physical therapy. 

Havre P.E.O Chapter AZ member Paulette Cronk presented the scholarship to Jarman. 

  Cronk said Jarman was one of 28 Havre High School girls who applied for the scholarship. 

"Kylynn was just our favorite," she said.

She said every year P.E.O. members choose one or two girls for a scholarship.
