A Sixth Street caller reported hitting a sign outside the Havre Community Pool Wednesday at 7:33 a.m.

Zechariah James Young of Havre, 44, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children after a caller on First Street reported Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. that an intoxicated father had his child with him.

William Michael Herbold of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, no driver's license, possession of dangerous drugs and headlamp violation during a vehicle stop on 13th Street at 10:41 p.m. Wednesday.
