A Friday 9:57 a.m. caller at Lincoln Avenue and 13th Street West reported a bike left leaning against a light pole.

Paul Kermit Gysler of Bigfork, 38, was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs and Chad Earl Strampher, a homeless man from Washington state, 49, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia in a Friday 10:30 a.m. Tri-Agency Task Force case on First Street.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash between a Ford F-250 and a Honda Tucson reported on First Street Friday at 1:08 p.m.

Samuel Braxton Mix of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Saturday at 12:31 a.m.

A Wilson Avenue caller reported graffiti on the back of a building Saturday at 10:34 a.m.

Edwin Vernel Franklin of Havre, 60, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, assault and disorderly conduct after a Third Street West caller reported Saturday at 4:50 p.m. that a man and a woman were causing issues with a staff member.

Mara Jayne Corcoran of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and violation of a no contact order after a 19th Street caller reported Saturday at 9:15 p.m. that a woman was banging on a door.

An arrest was made and Maya Main of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child after a 10th Street West caller reported Sunday at 3:28 a.m. that their child had left. No details on the arrest charges was provided.

Jeffrey Charles Sykes of Vancouver, Washington, 63, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at Optimist Park on Boulevard Avenue reported a person passed out in a dugout Sunday at 4 a.m.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after a 10th Street West caller reported a juvenile status offense, Sunday at 4:01 a.m.

--

Kaydeen Rose Healy of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession after a caller at Third Street and 10th Avenue reported two women fighting at 8:07 p.m. Sunday.

--

Stephen David Mills of Havre, 54, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant while an officer was conducting walk-through checks of establishments on First Street Sunday at 11:38 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

At 1:58 p.m. Sunday, a Fifth Street North caller reported a past burglary.

Chouteau County Sheriff's Office asked deputies Sunday at 3:12 p.m. for assistance.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, one Saturday, one Sunday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 800 Block of Fourth Street Saturday at 5:34 p.m. Burnt food set off the alarm and no assistance was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four 12-week-old kittens all of unknown gender, one female and one male 12-week-old kittens, five female cats and one male cat.

The shelter also held two female mixed-breed dogs, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog and a male mixed-breed dog.

Births

A boy was born Friday, July 10, 2020, to Kendal Chandler and Randall Gardipee of Havre.
