Havre Police Department

Thursday at 10 a.m., a caller at a First Street West business reported an employee theft.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 10:19 a.m. to report a forgery.

Crystal Diggs of Havre, 27, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a caller on Ninth Street reported a domestic disturbance Thursday at 10:58 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Leonard Billy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on two counts of violation of conditions of release, two counts of trespass to property and a charge of criminal mischief vandalism after a caller on Montana Highway 448 West of Box Elder made a complaint Thursday at 7:55 a.m.

An 8:45 p.m. Thursday caller reported kids shooting a house with paint balls on First Avenue Northwest.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, under age tobacco consumption and driving without a driver's license during a vehicle stop at Seventh Avenue and Third Street at 11:41 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to on call Thursday and one this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats and one 12-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male and a female 12-week-old kittens, a male and a female 13-week-old kittens and six female cats. A female cat was being held separately at the shelter.

The shelter also held a male husky-wire-haired pointing griffon dog, two female mixed-breed dogs, a female pit bull terrier-English bulldog and a male mixed-breed dog.
