Havre Police Department

Glen Scott Doney of Havre, 29, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller on 10th Street West asked officers for assistance Friday at 8:32 a.m.

A caller with a Seventh Street facility asked Friday at 2:21 p.m. to speak with an officer about thefts out of two buildings.

--

Friday at 4:04 p.m., a caller at a First Street business asked to speak with an officer about shoplifters.

--

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller reported numerous intoxicated individuals at Carpenter Park on Fourth Street Friday at 10:39 p.m.

--

Karl Donald Kavon of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, no vehicle insurance and "other" during a vehicle stop on First Street West, Saturday at 12:45 a.m.

--

An assault was reported Saturday at 4:21 a.m. by a caller on 10th Avenue.

--

A caller at Legion Park on 11th Avenue reported Saturday at 11:52 a.m. that a sky blue pickup drove through road blocks, breaking a couple of them.

--

A caller at 12th Avenue and Seventh Street reported a non-injury vehicle crash at 1:24 p.m. Saturday.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 5:08 p.m. to speak with an officer about custody concerns.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 5:20 p.m. to turn in a found wallet.

--

A two-vehicle crash on First Street West was reported Saturday at 8:29 p.m.

--

Havre Public Works was notified about a Saturday 8:53 p.m. complaint about a 1-foot deep sink hole at Fifth Avenue and Main Street.

Roy Arther Weikum of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of MIP and endangering the welfare of children and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charges of MIP, under age tobacco possession or consumption and juvenile curfew violations after a 12th Avenue caller reported at 1:06 a.m. Sunday hearing banging on a nearby door.

Davis Leon Denny of Box Elder, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP after officers were called Sunday at 1:58 a.m. to assist another agency on 12th Avenue

Arnold Louis Reddog of Havre, 24, was arrested on a disorderly conduct after a First Street Northeast caller reported an intoxicated man in the caller's home breaking things Sunday at 3:51 a.m.

--

Officers were called to assist Rocky Boy police Sunday at 6:04 p.m. and at 8:21 p.m. on the same issue at the hospital.

--

Breanna Matt of Rocky Boy, 26, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, no driver's license and no insurance after she stopped at the detention center Sunday at 9:05 p.m.

--

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 33, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after someone on First Avenue complained Sunday at 11:56 p.m. of two people in a vehicle swearing.

--

Officers investigated a complaint this morning at 5:02 that the caller's brother tried to "put hands on" the caller.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Derelle Sonny Fiddler of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 12:59 p.m.

--

Friday at 2:35 p.m., a caller at a North Havre facility reported missing medications.

--

Someone stopped at the detention center Friday at 4:30 p.m. to report drugs in the mail.

--

Roy Arther Weikum of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of theft Sunday at 1:25 a.m. on 12th Avenue.

--

Someone was issued a summons after a caller on Main Street in Inverness reported a vicious dog Sunday at 11:31 a.m. No details on charges were provided.

--

Deputies investigated a complaint called in by Havre Police Department Sunday at 9:52 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Friday, eight calls Saturday including a call with three patients and two calls Sunday.

--

Firefighters responded to a fire call Friday at 7:02 p.m. on U.S. Highway 87 at mile marker 103, but no one was made available to give details about the call.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held seven kittens between 8 and 26 weeks old all of unknown gender, one female and one male 14-week-old kittens, six female cats and one male cat. One female cat was being held separately at the shelter.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog and a male Akita dog.

Births

A boy was born Wednesday, July 22, 2020, to Maggie and Theron BigLeggins of Havre.
