Priscilla was born October 31, 1974, in Moses Lake, WA. The family moved to Havre while she was very young, and she was raised there by her parents Jay and Lillian (Brown) Spinler, graduating from Havre High School in 1993.

After high school, she met Amos McLain and the couple began dating. They attended Montana State University in Bozeman together where Priscilla majored in music.

They returned to Havre and married in 1995, welcoming a son in 1999. While in Havre, Priscilla worked as a CNA for Northern Montana Hospital and opened a daycare when her son was born.

The couple relocated to California for Amos' work, and there she began working in the mortgage industry. They moved to Alaska, where she became a mortgage lender, they relocated to Texas where she worked in loss mitigation for the mortgage companies as a liaison for those who were losing their homes in the recession.

The couple returned to Havre in 2019 to be closer to friends and family.

Priscilla was an upbeat, happy woman who loved music, especially singing and playing the piano. She also enjoyed crafting; but she was so outgoing, her favorite pastime was spending time with family and friends, of whom she had many. Priscilla could make a friend from any stranger and people were naturally drawn to her. She had a special love for children and the elderly, and a kindness for everyone. Being born on Halloween it was, of course, her favorite holiday.

Priscilla is survived by her husband, Amos McLain of Havre; son, Uriah McLain of McKinney, TX; mother, Lillian Spinler of Spokane, WA; and all of her siblings. She was preceded in death by her father, Jay Spinler.

A celebration of Priscilla's impact to our lives will be held at a later date when the current troubles have eased. It is the family's and Priscilla's greatest wish that you can join us when a proper gathering can be held in her honor.

Priscilla loved all her friends and family more than anything and would truly appreciate you remembering and honoring her with your presence at this later date.
