Havre Police Department

Officers issued a summons after investigating a remote breathalyzer violation reported at 6:43 p.m. Tuesday. No details on charges were provided.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of assault, minor injuries; disorderly conduct, and open container after a Second Street caller reported a man walking up and down the block screaming Tuesday at 9:34 p.m.

Richard James Olin-Berger of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 10:38 p.m. that two vehicles drove by the house with occupants screaming at the caller's 17-year-old.

A 14-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation after a Third Street caller reported at 12:37 this morning that a juvenile relative sneaked out the window and couldn't be found.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 10:02 a.m. Tuesday caller on 22nd Avenue West asked to speak with a deputy about a complaint.

Deputies assisted another agency at Great Northern Fairgrounds at 1:14 this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and three early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 6-month-old kittens, one 9-week-old kitten and one cat all of unknown gender, four female cats, one male cat and one male 15-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held two female and one male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a male Akita dog and a male German shepherd.
