Over 28,000 UI payments issued for Aug. 10-14

HELENA — The Montana Department of Labor and Industry announced Monday that more than 28,000 Unemployment Insurance payments totaling over $11M were issued over the week of Aug. 10 through Aug. 14, providing benefits to eligible Montanans.

That figure includes regular UI benefits, Extended Benefits, Pandemic Unemployment Assistance benefits and Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation benefits. Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation payments shown below were issued for weeks claimed between the UI week ending April 4 through July 25 not previously approved.
