Letter to the Editor - Polling places raise concerns

I have some concerns if Hill County is forced to have polling places open for in person voting. I am sure that this responsibility of the clerk and recorder to solve these problems. I talked to a friend who has been a polling place worker and declined this year because of medical issues.

Finding workers to staff the polls might be difficult. Training takes about one hour. In a group setting. The actual Election Day commitment is about 12 hours, also in a group setting. They would have to make contact with the voters, handling ID, etc.
