Obituary - Victoria Starr (Pasma) Kostelecky

Victoria “Vicky” Kostelecky, age 63, passed away peacefully at her home in Pembina, North Dakota August 12, 2020, following a year-long battle with brain cancer.

Vicky was born in Havre May 4, 1957, to James and Virginia Pasma.

Cremation has taken place and due to Vicky’s wishes, no services are planned.
