Kristopher Alan Chapman was sentenced in state District Court in Havre to 20 years in prison on a statutory rape charge and 10 years for violating conditions of his release for hitting a woman with a baseball bat, with additional probation in both cases

Chapman pleaded guilty to the rape charges and admitted violating conditions of his release in the assault charge in hearings June 24.
