Last week started it all. Now, the local volleyball season is in full swing.
The second week of volleyball on the Hi-Line started last Thursday with a huge 7C showdown between Chinook and North Star in Chinook. And while the two rivals always battle, it was the Sugarbeeters who earned the sweep, beating the Knights by scores of 25-16, 25-17 and 25-15. Hailey Bell had nine kills and Ginger Hauer added 13 assists for the Beeters, while Jade Wendland had seven kills and three blocks for North Star.
