Havre Police Department

Officers arrested Isaac Alexander Chapa of Havre, 27, on four Justice/City court warrants at the Havre Police Department at 8:42 a.m. Wednesday.

A caller from Sixth Street at 11:10 a.m. Wednesday reported that a smart car had been vandalized the last few nights.

Officers investigated a car crash at Havre High School reported at 11:53 a.m. Wednesday.

--

Officers serving a warrant at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday at the Hill County Courthouse made an arrest. Details were not provided in the dispatch log.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday reported a person was dumping raw sewage "all over the place" at a First Street car wash.

Offficers investigated a Subaru vs. deer car crash on U.S. Highway 2 West reported at 6:31 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made after a U.S. Highway 2 caller reported a domestic disturbance Wednesday at 12:32 p.m., but no details on the charges were provided.

Jordan James Normandy of Havre, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 4:42 p.m.

A caller on Old Post Road reported Wednesday at 5:13 p.m. a woman had entered a residence and stolen some money.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats and seven kittens all of unknown gender, two female cats, two male 7-month-old kittens, three male cats and one male 21-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held three male and two female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppies, a female 20-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Akita dog, a male 12-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog and a male border collie dog.
