Legislature Joint Rules Committee meeting called for Thursday

A press release issued late Monday morning said Sen. Fred Thomas, R-Stevensville, has called a Montana Legislature Joint Rules Committee meeting for Thursday morning at 11.

This will be a hybrid meeting held out of Room 317 in the State Capitol and through Zoom.

As the Joint Rules Committee does not have a webpage, the meeting materials will be posted on the Legislative Council meeting materials page at https://webprod.legmt.gov/committees/admincom/lc/meeting-info as soon as they are available.

These are public meetings. For people who wish to view only, the meeting will be streamed live on http://leg.mt.gov and broadcast on the Montana Public Affairs Network.

People who want to participate are asked to email Susan Fox at [email protected] with their name and a request, and they will be sent conference call information to participate.

A time will be provided for oral public comment on the agenda.

Requests for conference call participation must be received by 5 p.m. Wednesday If you want to provide written testimony, please email testimony to [email protected] or see how to submit public comment from the Meeting Materials page.

The Montana Legislative Services Division will make reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities who wish to participate in this public meeting.
