Last giveaway in current series is Wednesday
People line up at a Community Alliance Church food giveaway. Wednesday is the last food giveaway in this series for the Havre church, but it has applied for phase three of a grant to continue in October.
Havre Community Alliance Church is hosting a free food giveaway series on Wednesdays.
It is on a first-come, first-serve basis Wednesdays from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on 925 Eighth Street in the back parking lot.
"The food giveaway is an opportunity for Community Alliance Church to be an extension of God's hands and feet to the Havre community and beyond by helping support those in our community that may benefit from the food," said Lori Takawira, wife of Community Alliance Church Pastor Munyaradzi Takawira.
