Havre Police Department

A remote breathalyzer violation was reported at 12:28 p.m. Monday at the police station.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served while officers were assisting another agency on First Street West Monday at 2:28 p.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported that a green Chevrolet Silverado drove off east without paying for gasoline Monday at 5:12 p.m.

An arrest was made after a caller on First Street West reported a domestic disturbance at 1:02 a.m. today and asked officers to check on a family member. Robert McConnell, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Monday at 11:54 a.m. a Hill County caller reported a credit card fraud.

A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief vandalism and possession of dangerous drugs after a Seventh Avenue North caller asked deputies Monday at 7:25 p.m. for assistance.

A caller on Road 405 South asked Monday at 10:22 p.m. for assistance from deputies.

Kelissa L. Sutherland of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after calling deputies to ask at 11:34 p.m. for a ride and assistance with a wild animal.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats and a kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male 7-month-old kittens, three male cats, one female and two male 9-week-old kittens and one male 21-week-old kitten and a 6 month old kitten.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppies, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male mixed-breed dog a male border collie dog and a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
