An arrest was made after a caller on First Street West reported a domestic disturbance at 1:02 a.m. today and asked officers to check on a family member. Robert McConnell, who was named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in this morning's jail roster as being held on a charge of partner or family member assault.

Monday at 11:54 a.m. a Hill County caller reported a credit card fraud.

A 16-year-old boy was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief vandalism and possession of dangerous drugs after a Seventh Avenue North caller asked deputies Monday at 7:25 p.m. for assistance.

A caller on Road 405 South asked Monday at 10:22 p.m. for assistance from deputies.

Kelissa L. Sutherland of Box Elder, 20, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after calling deputies to ask at 11:34 p.m. for a ride and assistance with a wild animal.

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one early this morning.
Havre Animal Shelter
The shelter this morning held two cats and a kitten all of unknown gender, four female cats, two male 7-month-old kittens, three male cats, one female and two male 9-week-old kittens and one male 21-week-old kitten and a 6 month old kitten.

The shelter also held one male and one female mixed-breed 16-week-old puppies, a female 21-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male mixed-breed dog a male border collie dog and a female 26-week-old mixed-breed puppy.
