Montana confirms 733 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday

New record for daily totals, state has 193 deaths

Montana set a new record Tuesday for daily confirmed COVID-19 cases with 733 new cases.

The state has confirmed 193 COVID-19-related deaths so far.

That brings the state total to 16,063 with 5,352 active cases and 235 active hospitalizations.

Hill County confirmed 16 new cases.

The county has a total of 268 cases, 104 active.

Rocky Boy Health Center confirmed six new cases - which could go to Hill or Chouteau counties' totals - reporting that the cases confirmed include 26 active cases, 19 of them on Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation.

Blaine County reported 19 new cases, with a total of 100 cases, 67 active with four active hospitalizations.

Liberty County reported one new case with 22 total cases in the county, two active and 20 recoveries.

Chouteau County reported no new cases Tuesday. Its totals were 39 cases, 11 active and 28 recovered.
