Obituary - Charlotte L. Rominger

CASA GRANDE, Ariz.-Charlotte Rominger died October 2 of natural causes at the Garnet assisted living facility in Casa Grande. Charlotte was born August 30, 1924 in Chester, MT., to Clarence B. and Annie E. Williams. She attended school and worked in Havre, MT., where she met her husband, John Rominger; they were married November 7, 1943, and inseparable for 61 years.

Prior to retiring in Arizona, Charlotte and John lived and worked in Havre, MT, for over 30 years. Charlotte worked as the office manager at the Deaconess Hospital and John taught science at the junior high school. They were active members of the community and Methodist church. Hobbies included square dancing, teaching square dancing, gardening, arts and crafts, and spending free time at the lake.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lanette, husband, John; two sisters, Thelma, Barbara, and two brothers, Earl, Charles.

Survivors include her sons, Lynn (Judy) of Havre, MT, Lon (Jan) of Hereford, AZ; three grandchildren, Krista of Anchorage, AK, Sommer Lee (Aaron) of Billings, MT, Beau (Velvet) of Hamilton, MT, and four great grandchildren.

A private burial will be held at a later date at the Highland Cemetery in Havre, Mt.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked to send memorial contributions on behalf of Charlotte Rominger to the United Methodist Church, 1515 N. Trekell Rd., Casa Grande, AZ. 85122.
