FRIDAY'S PREP FOOTBALL: Ponies get their first W, area teams roll

Someone was going to get their first win of 2020 Friday night at Blue Pony Stadium. Orion Thivierge made sure it was the Havre Blue Ponies. Starting with an interception return for a touchdown, Thivierge scored four touchdowns as the Blue Ponies beat Hardin 26-14 Friday night. The win pushed Havre to 1-4 with two games left in the season.

Big Sandy meanwhile, completed a perfect regular season with a 46-29 win over PDB in a matchup of top-five teams, while Chinook beat Choteau 60-28 and Fort Benton handled Simms 26-14 in Northern C games Friday night.
