Havre Police Department

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 9:01 a.m. to file a report about an account being hacked.


Officers were called Thursday at 10:02 p.m. to a the south end of Fifth Avenue where a Dodge Dart had hit a deer.


A Pike Street caller asked at 3:23 a.m. today for assistance finding his vehicle that may have been stolen.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated after a Sixth Street North caller reported Thursday at 3:47 p.m. that a burglary had occurred.


Leann Ahenakew Gardipee of Havre, 44, was arrested on a shoplifting charge and two state District Court warrants after a caller a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Thursday at 7:54 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three cats of unknown gender, one male 8-month-old kitten, two male cats and a female 15-week-old kitten.


The shelter also held a male mixed-breed 11-week-old puppy, a mixed-breed male dog, a male 23-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 15-week-old shepherd puppy.
