Cold breaks 139-year record

Frost coats the scene at Havre's Town Square early this morning as an ice fog hit the town. The cold in Havre ovenight broke a 139-year record, with the new record, 3 degrees fahrenheit reached at 11:57 p.m. beating the previous record, 8 degrees set in 1881.

The Havre weather broke a record dating back into the 19th century.
