Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance reported Thursday at 11:55 a.m. on First Avenue.

A two-vehicle non-injury crash was reported on First Street West Thursday at 4:48 p.m.

Wayne Edwin Healy Jr. of Harlem, 30, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest and on a Justice or City court warrant, after a Lincoln Avenue caller asked Thursday at 6:28 p.m. for assistance removing a man from their home.

Someone stopped at the police station at 7:27 p.m. Thursday to ask officers about a parenting plan.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A Thursday 10:37 a.m. report of a one-vehicle rollover with an injury on Wildhorse Road was turned over to Montana Highway Patrol.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

Firefighters responded to a Thursday 8:02 p.m. report of a gas leak on the 1900 Block of U.S. Highway 2 East. No gas odor was found and the scene was turned over to a NorthWestern Energy crew to investigate further.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four cats, four 16-week-old kittens and a 26-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a female cat, a male 8-month-old kitten, two male cats and a female 16-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a female mixed-breed dog, a mixed-breed male dog, a male 24-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 16-week-old shepherd puppy.
