Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 6:55 a.m. that a vehicle was stolen.

Officers opened an investigation after a 10:04 a.m. Tuesday vehicle stop on Main Street.

John Conrad Rorrer-Hanson of Havre, 27, Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 19, and Bradley Lynn Perkins of Havre, 21, were each arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller on Third Street reported suspicious activity at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday.

A McKinley Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. that a vehicle hit a light pole.

A 10th Street West caller asked Tuesday at 6:28 p.m. for a well-being check on someone.

Two 30-packs of beer were reported stolen from a First Street West business at 4:12 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Holley Ranee Leo of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of conditions of release reported at Hill County Detention Center at 11:56 a.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday, three of them in conjunction with a fire unit being sent.

Firefighters and an ambulance responded Tuesday at 9:41 a.m. to a carbon monoxide alarm on the 400 Block of 19th Street. Residents said they had not be feeling well, but no gas was detected. Residents were evaluated and refused transport to the hospital. The scene was turned over to a NorthWestern Energy crew.

Firefighters were called at 3:53 p.m. Tuesday to a downed power line on the 1100 Block of McKinley Avenue, where a vehicle had struck a power pole. Firefighters and police officers secured the scene until NorthWestern Energy arrived. The patient was evaluated for injuries and refused transport to the hospital. The scene was turned over to the NorthWestern crew.

At 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, an ambulance crew was called to the 500 Block of Fourth Avenue for a medical call, then summoned a fire unit after the patients reported suspicion of a gas leak. A slight gas leak was detected by the fire department meter, but NorthWestern Energy meters found nothing, so recalibrated the fire department meter. Assistant Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said that gas detection meters require regular recalibration, which is performed by NorthWestern Energy as needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five cats and a 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, one male and three female 16-week-old kittens and three male cats.

The shelter also held a male 2 year old Akita dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a mixed-breed male dog, a male 25-week-old shepherd puppy, a female 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 17-week-old shepherd puppy.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2020, to Kelsey and Shawn Mariani of Havre.
