12:10 a.m. Republicans pull ahead as vote trickle in

With 25 percent of precincts in Montana reporting, Republicans running in state and federal elections are pulling ahead of democrats significantly.

President Donald Trump is now 12 points ahead of Former Vice-President Joe Biden with 55 percent of Montana votes so far to compared to his opponent's 43 percent.

Gov. Steve Bullock has lost his lead and is now six points behind Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., in the race for the Daines’ seat in the U.S. Senate, with Bullock now at 47 percent and Daines at 53 percent.

The race for Montana's sole seat in the U.S. House of Representatives sees State Auditor Matt Rosendale at 54 percent and former State Rep. Kathleen Williams at 46 percent.

Rep. Greg Gianforte's one-point lead has expanded to a 10 point lead in the gubernatorial race over Lt. Gov Mike Cooney, who now have 53 percent and 43 percent respectively.

Deputy Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen already has a lead of 10 points, 16 over her opponent State Senator Bryce Bennett currently at 42 percent compared to her 58.

The race for State Attorney General has seen Roosevelt County Attorney Austin Knudsen at 57 percent of the vote over Raph Graybill's 43 percent.

The Republican Attorney Generals Association has declared victory and congratulated him on his new post.

Troy Downing now has a 13 point lead with 54 percent of the vote as compared to Shane Morigeau's 41.

The race for Superintendent of Public Education is the closest state level race with, incumbent Elsie Arntzen's at 50 percent and Melissa Romano at 46.

10 p.m. With about 8 percent of votes in Montana having been counted, races on the state and federal level are close with most showing candidates within four points of each other.

So far, about 5 percent of precincts in the state have been fully reported with about 30 percent partially reporting.

President Donald Trump has a four-point lead over former Vice-President Joe Biden in a race that is currently 51 percent to 47 percent, respectively, in the state of Montana.

Democratic Gov. Steve Bullock is holding a two-point lead over Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., in the race for the latter's seat in the U.S. Senate, with Bullock at 51 percent and Daines at 49 percent.

In the race for Montana's sole seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, Republican state Auditor Matt Rosendale is at 51 percent and former state Rep. Kathleen Williams, D-Bozeman, is at 49 percent.

Rep. Greg Gianforte, R-Mont., is one point ahead in the race for the governorship over Democratic Lt Gov. Mike Cooney, with 49 percent and 48 percent, respectively.

So far, Republican Deputy Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen has a more comfortable lead of 54 percent over her opponent, state Sen, Bryce Bennett, D-Missoula, currently at 46 percent.

As for the race for State Attorney General Roosevelt County Attoruney Austin Knudsen has 52 percent of the vote over Raph Graybill's 48 percent.

Republican Troy Downing, a Big Sky businessman, has a three-point lead with 49 percent of the vote as compared to the 46 percent held by state Rep. Shane Morigeau, D-Missoula.

Democrat Melissa Romano is currently holding a three-point lead with 50 percent of the vote in the race for superintendent of public instruction, over incumbent Republican Elsie Arntzen's 47 percent.
