Monday a remote learning day for Havre Public Schools

Havre Public Schools announced Sunday evening that today would be a remote/virtual teaching and learning day for all students.

The District put out a warning Friday that, with the snow expected to fall, today could switch to a remote learning day.

Snow fell Saturday night and all day Sunday, piling up on streets and sidewalks, with some drifting.

Havre Public Schools announced that today will be a "remote/virtual" teaching and learning day for all students, while Tuesday will be a "B" day, Wednesday will be an "A" day, Thursday will be a "B" day, and Friday will be an "A" day.

Grab and Go Meals will be available from Havre High School from 9 to 11 a.m. near the south loading dock, the release, also available on the district website at http://www.blueponyk12.com .

Parents and students will need to log in to take attendance on Monday though Infinite Campus for remote learning, the release said.

It added that switching to remote learning is being done for the safety of all of the district's staff and students. If people have questions or if issues arose Sunday or arise today, the release said, people can feel free to call Robins School Administration Building at 395-8550.
