Sydney Wilting, Havre Volleyball

The Havre High volleyball team is headed to state for the second straight year. And while it’s always a group effort, the Blue Ponies have been guided by senior Sydney Wilting all season long. Wilting, Havre’s leader in digs at libero, helped pushed the Ponies into the Eastern A semifinals before falling to Butte Central last week and, ultimately, to a fourth-place finish. Wilting, who also plays basketball and softball at Havre High, will now help push the Ponies at the state tournament this week in Sidney.
