Food bank fundraiser, turkey giveaway underway

The Havre Community Food Bank is participating in the annual Town Pump Foundation “Be A Friend In Deed, Help Those In Need” fundraiser.

People can donate at a Town Pump gas station or at District 4 Human Resources Development Council at 2229 Fifth Ave. in Havre. Town Pump will match local donations dollar for dollar for up to $10,000.

The fundraiser is running through Nov. 30.

People also are invited to participate in the “Feeding Our Community Turkey Giveaway.”
