Havre Police Department

An arrest was made related to a sex offense reported Friday at 8:05 a.m. by Child and Family Services. No details were provided on the charges.

Officers investigated a 911 call from 15th Street West at 3:13 p.m. Friday.

Lance Jordan Courchane of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on charges of trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, assault on a peace officer or judicial officer, assault with bodily fluid, driving under the influence, expired vehicle registration and no vehicle insurance after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Friday at 5:36 p.m. that a man who appeared to be on drugs was in the building and was causing a disturbance.

Lance Kyle Timblin of Sandpoint, Idaho, 32, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a caller at a First Street business asked Saturday at 1:31 p.m. for assistance removing a man from the property.

An arrest was made related to a report from a Boulevard Avenue caller Sunday at 8:45 a.m. that they heard a loud noise during the night and had just found evidence that someone had run into a pole. No details were provided on the charges.

A 1996 teal GMC Sierra was reported missing 10:15 a.m. Sunday from Second Street.

Sunday at 2:04 p.m., someone turned in to the police station a wallet found on the 700 Block of Fourth Avenue.

Sheyleighn Kierstin Lamere of Rocky Boy, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and James Cole Russette of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, driving without a driver's license, and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a caller reported a vehicle outside a Third Street residence was blaring music at 6:13 p.m. Sunday.

A First Street Northeast caller reported Sunday at 8:58 p.m. discovering that someone had broken into the residence and stolen a phone while the caller was in the shower.

A 16-year-old was arrested on charges of minor in possession, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a caller on 14th Avenue reported a possibly intoxicated juvenile was kicking at a door at 9:06 p.m. Monday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Larry Mark Johnson of Kremlin, 69, was issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief vandalism after a caller on the Fresno Bay turn-off called in a complaint at 4:58 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies investigated suspicious activity called in by a Box Elder resident Sunday at 10:39 a.m.

A 36th Avenue Northeast caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud at 1:46 p.m. Sunday.

Donita Dawn Bell of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of DUI, criminal mischief vandalism, trespass to property, trespass to vehicles and theft after a caller on 31st Street North reported a "disturbed" woman driving a red car Sunday at 9:04 p.m. and a second caller on 31st Street North reported at 10 p.m. that a vehicle had been broken into and the registration stolen.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, six calls Saturday, one call Sunday and two early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held three female cats, six male cats, one female and three male 9-month-old kittens and two female 21-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male 11-week-old shepherd puppy, a male 22-week-old border collie puppy, a male 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 21-week-old shepherd puppy.
