Havre Police Department

Julia Michelle Morin of Havre, 21, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, criminal mischief vandalism and driving with no driver's license after callers on First Street reported Tuesday at 9:03 a.m. seeing a person in a red Jeep stop and slash tires on a pickup truck.

A caller on Saddle Butte Drive reported at 4:55 p.m. that a vehicle had been hit during the night.

Lance Kyle Timblin of Sandpoint, Idaho, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a caller at a First Street business asked at 5:28 p.m. Tuesday to have removed from the property a man who was asking customers for money.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two female cats, five male cats, one female and three male 9-month-old kittens and two female 21-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a male mixed-breed dog, a male 11-week-old shepherd puppy, a male 23-week-old border collie puppy, a male 11-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a two female mixed breed dogs, a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a male 22-week-old shepherd puppy.
