Havre Police Department

A caller on Second Street Northeast reported a theft Wednesday at 3:05 p.m.

A First Street Northeast caller asked Wednesday at 3:58 p.m. to speak with an officer about a protection order.

--

Someone stopped at the police station at 5:13 p.m. to speak with officers about a previous incident.

--

A 10th Street West caller reported a disturbance at 12:30 a.m. today.

--

The dispatch log also says officers made 29 vehicle stops between 8:51 a.m. and 9:51 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies provided traffic control on U.S. Highway 87 near mile marker 97 at 7:04 a.m.

Callers on U.S. Highway 2 East reported an abandoned vehicle at 7:55 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and three early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two female cats, five male cats, one female and three male 10-month-old kittens and two female 22-week-old kittens.

The shelter also held a female mixed breed dog, a female dachshund-Chihuahua cross dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 23-week-old shepherd puppy.
