Havre Police Department

A First Avenue caller reported Thursday at 12:33 p.m. finding a rottweiler behind a vehicle.

An arrest was made after a caller complained Thursday at 2:53 p.m. that he wanted his money back from a First Street business. No details on the charges were provided.

A theft was reported at 3:12 p.m. Thursday caught on a surveillance camera at a First Street West business.

Natasja Marie Talksdifferent of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, assault with a weapon, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a caller at First Street Northeast reported two women fighting Thursday at 4:32 p.m.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 38, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a McKinley Avenue business reported an aggressive man Thursday at 6:04 p.m.

A theft was reported at a First Street West business Thursday at 9:42 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

The sheriff's log listed no arrests, summonses or investigations to report.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and one early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five 26-week-old kittens and two cats of unknown gender, two female cats, five male cats, one female 10-month-old kitten and one female 23-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a 5-week-old German shephere puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 23-week-old shepherd puppy.
