Officers investigated a remote breathalyzer test violation reported at 1:20 p.m. Monday.

A caller on Second Street Northeast reported an assault Monday at 8:18 p.m.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a man needing assistance Monday at

10:46 p.m.

An arrest was made after an officer investigated a vehicle on U.S. Highway 2 at 12:44 a.m. today. Timothy Dahlby, named in the dispatch log as an involved party, was listed in the jail roster this morning as being held on charges of driving under the influence and possession of dangerous drugs.

Officers investigated a disturbance reported on First Street at 12:47 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Gary Clayton Standingchief of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a caller on Ninth Street East asked Monday at 4:03 p.m. for assistance.

A summons was issued after deputies responded to requests at 4:45 p.m. Monday from an individual and someone with U.S. Border Protection for assistance on Road 170 North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held five 26-week-old kittens and one cat of unknown gender, two female cats, five male cats, one female 10-month-old kitten and one female 23-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a 6-week-old German shepherd puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 24-week-old shepherd puppy.
