A caller at the hospital reported a person with a dog bite Friday at 8:30 p.m.

A two-vehicle accident was reported Friday at 8:40 p.m. on Fifth Street.

Codie Darwim Nalder of Havre, 26, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 10:56 p.m. on Boulevard Avenue.

Officers performed a building check Friday at 11:33 p.m. at a First Street West establishment.

--

A Third Street caller reported Saturday at 9:14 a.m. that a glass bottle was thrown at their door.

--

A caller at a Third Avenue business reported Saturday at 10:07 a.m. that someone had forced entry through a back door of the business.

Earl Charles Rainingbird of Hays, 53, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants, after a caller on 12th Avenue reported a man was trying to sell a wreath out of a garbage bag Saturday at 6:15 p.m.

Kaylen Marie Ball of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon and disorderly conduct and on a Justice or City court warrant and Starr Ane Oxford of Box Elder, 33, was issued a summons on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 7:51 p.m. that person was hit in the head with a bottle.

Officers performed a building check Saturday at 11:31 p.m. at a First Street West establishment.

A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, unauthorized use of a vehicle and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street business reported an auto theft. Saturday at 10:03 p.m. and the juvenile was transported from Blaine County Sheriff's Office to Havre Sunday at 12:18 a.m.

James Robert Foster of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of false reports to law enforcement authorities, failing to give notice of accident, failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, reckless driving and driving while using an electronic communication device after a caller on Third Avenue reported a hit and run crash at 1:05 a.m. Sunday.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller on 10th Street West reported an intoxicated boy was beating on others Sunday at 2:12 a.m.

Officers were called Sunday at 11:17 a.m. to Jefferson Avenue to help someone with a vagrant.

A Sunday 1:59 p.m. report from a Second Street caller that sewage was backing up into a house was referred to another agency.

Nathaniel Wayne Doney of Hays, 33, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a Ninth Street caller asked Sunday at 5:56 p.m. for help removing a man from a residence.

Officers investigated a Sunday 10:15 p.m. report that a First Street West establishment was open and had five vehicles in the parking lot.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called Friday at 8:56 a.m. to provide assistance at an unreported location in the county.

Heather July St. Clair of Havre, 43, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft Friday at 5:38 p.m.

Deputies investigated a Saturday at 10:48 p.m. report from County Road 637 West that a man in a white Cadillac came into a house, punched a woman in the face and left.

Jeffery James Shuck of Rudyard, 39, was arrested on an assault charge after a caller on Main Street South in Rudyard reported a disturbance with pushing and shoving between two men Sunday at 4:28 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to 10 calls Friday, three calls Saturday and seven calls Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats of unknown gender, three female cats, one male and four female 6-month-old kittens, five male cats, one male 8-month-old kitten, one female 24-week-old kitten, one female 10-month-old kitten and one female 26-week-old kitten.

The shelter also held a 6-week-old German shepherd puppy, a female mixed breed dog, a male 8-month-old German shepherd puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 24-week-old shepherd puppy.

Births

A girl was born Saturday, Dec. 19, 2020, to Kayla Franks and Joseph Johnson of Box Elder.
