Havre Police Department

A caller on First Street reported Tuesday at 6:50 a.m. that a delivery truck hit a fire hydrant.

Tuesday at 8:58 a.m., a pistol was reported found by a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Brandon Wayne Glover of Havre, 38, was arrested on a federal warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, failing to carry proof vehicle insurance and driving under the influence but refused to test during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Tuesday at noon.

Stephanie Rita Small of Havre, 37, was arrested on a trespass to property charge, and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance after a caller on 10th Street West reported a woman was trespassing Tuesday at 9:02 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Clayton Duncan Gardipee Sr. was arrested at a location on County Road 405 South on District Court and Justice/City court warrants at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday. One call on County Road 70 South required four people to be treated or examined and one person was transported to the hospital.

Firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm on the 1600 Block of Northern Heights Drive. No gas was detected by either the firefighters or the NorthWestern Energy crew that also tested the air.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two cats of unknown gender, three female cats, one male and four female 6-month-old kittens, five male cats, one male 8-month-old kitten and one female 10-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male Staffordshire bull terrier, a male 8-month-old German shepherd puppy, two male 7-month-old shepherd puppies, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female Chihuahua dog and a male 25-week-old shepherd puppy.

Births

A boy was born Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2020, to Mikell and Jay Mavencamp of Havre.
