Havre Police Department

A summons was issued after officers were called Friday at 6:46 a.m. to a Fourth Street residence where the caller reported find a man in the residence. No details on the charges were provided.

Manuel Rigo Garcia of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a theft charge after a caller on Third Street asked Friday at 10:13 a.m. to speak with an officer about discovering that a stolen pair of sunglasses had been pawned.

Timothy W. Healy of Havre, 19, was arrested on a state district court warrant after a wallet was reported found at a Seventh Avenue church Friday at 1:01 p.m.

A Second Street caller asked Friday at 3:01 p.m. to speak with an officer.

Officers were called to a First Street West business Friday at 3:37 p.m. to investigate a reported rape.

Gabriel Plante of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a caller on Third Street asked Friday at 9:59 p.m. for assistance removing a family member from a residence.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported an issue with a transient Friday at 11:04 p.m.

David Loitwood Wilkie of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a caller on Fourth Street reported at 12:31 and 12:45 a.m. Saturday that a neighbor had been blaring music all night. Officers had given Wilkie a written or verbal warning after the first complaint.

Two arrests were made after a caller at a First Street West business reported Saturday at 2:39 a.m. that a man was assaulted. No details on the charges were provided.

Taira Charnae Molina of Havre, 19, and Grace Lodgepole of Rocky Boy, 18, were each issued a summons on an MIP charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported people were there without permission Saturday at 2:47 p.m.

A vehicle theft was reported Saturday at 4:35 a.m. by a 10th Street West caller who said their child's friend took the car.

Arthur Ryan Windyboy Sr. of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant a state District Court warrant and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 10:10 a.m. Saturday that a man needed to be removed from the property.

Rocky Boy Police Department asked Saturday at 9:33 p.m. for assistance at the hospital with the driver in a roll-over.

Mike Thomas Rider of Hays, 38, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence on Second Avenue Saturday at 11:58 p.m.

Officers were called to assist another agency after someone at the hospital reported at 4:28 a.m. finding items in a room after a patient left.

A caller in the Third Street Alley reported Sunday at 2:45 p.m. that a cat had been attacked.

A Sixth Street caller reported Sunday at 5:24 p.m. that a vehicle had been stolen.

After a caller with the Billings Police Department asked officers at 4:34 p.m. Sunday for assistance contacting a person in Havre about a vehicle, a caller on Sixth Street reported a stolen vehicle at 5:24 p.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported at 7:09 p.m. Sunday that an unoccupied vehicle behind the business had been involved in a crash with a pole.

A Sunday 7:28 p.m. caller at a Second Street business reported a man had beat up.

Justin Radim Jezek of Havre, 37, was arrested on an assault charge after a caller on Fifth Street reported neighbors were having a brawl Sunday at 8:09 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A summons was issued after a Fifth Street North caller asked Thursday at 7:13 p.m. for assistance. No details on charges were provided.

A caller at a Sixth Street North facility asked for assistance Friday at 7:25 p.m. with a person who had run away.

Terry Lee Peterson of Havre, 72, was issued a summons on a charge of open container in a vehicle after a caller reported a vehicle in the ditch on Second Street West at 1:01 a.m. Saturday.

A rollover was reported to deputies and to Rocky Boy Police in Box Elder Saturday at 9:02 p.m.

A caller at a Second Street West business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Sunday at 12:56 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel five calls Thursday, three Friday, three Saturday and six Sunday.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak on the 500 Block of Ninth Street at 11:11 a.m. Friday. The leak turned out to be a fine mist of water from a water line with residents took care of.

Firefighters were called to the 1200 Block of Fifth Street to assist a funeral home.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, one female cat, one male and three female 6-month-old kittens, five male cats and one male 8-month-old kitten.

--

The shelter also held a female 7-month-old Labrador retriever-border collie puppy, a male 7-week-old Rottweiler-border collie puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross dog, a male 7-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female shepherd dog and a male 26-week-old shepherd puppy.
