James Allen Gardipee of Box Elder, 50, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a First Street business reported a man laying by the garbage bins Thursday at 10:08 a.m.

A caller at a Second Street business asked Thursday at 11:30 a.m. to speak with an officer about a theft, forgery or fraud.

A Thursday 1:41 p.m. caller reported that the plates were stolen of a vehicle parked in a business parking lot along First Street.

Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 3:55 p.m. asking to speak with an officer.
