Havre Police Department

A caller on Fifth Street reported Tuesday at 8:40 a.m. that a vehicle had been involved in a hit and run crash sometime after 6 a.m.

Officers were asked Tuesday at 11:23 a.m. to investigate suspicious activity on Jefferson Avenue.

A summons was issued after a caller with Havre Public Schools reported a stolen electronic device Tuesday at 3:04 p.m.

--

Tonia Lynn Cliff of Havre, 48, was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on First Street Northeast made a complaint Tuesday at 10:55 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported by a caller at a U.S. Highway 87 business Tuesday at 9:39 a.m.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 11:58 a.m. that two longboards had been stolen outside of the city limit.

Raylene Angeline Siebenaller of Box Elder, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 7:58 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, one female cat, one male and three female 6-month-old kittens, five male cats and one male 8-month-old kitten.

The shelter also held a male 7-week-old Rottweiler-border collie puppy, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler dog, a male 8-month-old shepherd puppy, a female 9-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a female shepherd dog and a male 6-month-old shepherd puppy.
